Agreed on the other two, though. I like them, but they don't have the same effect for me.

The first 30 seconds or so are the actual commercial, the rest just hammers it home.

I'm an old guy, and one hit film that's always bothered the hell out of me is "Heaven Can Wait" with Warren Beatty (who co-directed) and Julie Christie. It's a very enjoyable light comedy, until you get to the end. An angel makes a mistake and takes Warren Beatty's character before his time. He's placed in the body of a hapless millionaire whose wife is plotting his murder and hi-jinks ensue. Along the way Beatty falls for Julie Christie. Fine. At the end, the angel corrects the mistake by putting Beatty into the body of a football player who has just died on the field in a mishap. The player revives with no one realizing he died, but he's now Beatty and he's set to re-kindle his relationship with Christie. So everything's fine now ...except Beatty's consciousness will fade away and the dead player's consciousness will take over. So Beatty gets his life back but he won't know it or enjoy it, and he won't get to Heaven until the player dies. And, yet, this is presented as a warm and fuzzy ending.

The transition is absolutely flawless. It's only after the first <bleep> that I realized what they did.
