Trailers containing the final shot of the film
I watched Tangent Room recently (it's only 65 minutes long, but I still don't recommend it) and caught the trailer by chance afterwards. I was surprised to see that the final shot of the movie was in that trailer, albeit for about half a second.
I think one of the biggest offenders in this regard is 2008's Quarantine, where the final shot not only made it into the trailer but a still from that shot was used on some of the movie posters.
I'm not a fan of spoilers, so a list of these types of trailers may prove useful to people who feel the same way I do. Which other examples of spoiler-y trailers can you name?

Maybe if you don't mention the specific shot in the trailer, but saying it's on many of the posters seems like a dead giveaway.
That said, there's some pretty well known examples of this.
The Quiet Earth used the final shot in the trailer and on posters.
Planet of the Apes (1968) didn't use the final reveal in its original posters or trailer, but subsequent cover art and the like give it up.
I never saw it, but I believe Piranha 3D used the final shot in the trailer.

The final shot isn't always a spoiler per se... but yeah... it sucks when it's in the trailer. Or anything from the climax of the film, really. One could argue that trailers should only have clips from the first act... maybe parts of the second.

I remember being annoyed when Suburbicon did this. Not that the movie was any good anyway.

I am really good at remembering what outfits characters are wearing in trailers so I always know what's coming when I see the movie. I've actually stopped watching trailers beyond the first teaser or so on movies I really want to see.
There's an article about this topic here.
I was reminded the final shot of X-Men: Apocalypse is in the trailer.

The WHITE HEAT (1949) trailer contains the final shot of the film: a row of burning chemical or oil tanks.

Not the absolute final shot in the Fifth Element (Leeloo & Corbin making out in the tube), but I'm kinda amazed by how much of the final "elements/saving the world" scene is shown in the trailer:
Also, it's not a very good trailer.

Or I guess, original teaser. I know because that was playing as part of a video loop at the Best Buy I was working at for at least a month, so I saw it several times a day. And that one does have a clip of the final shot.

The trailer ends the same way the movie does.
There's a bunch more trailers that show the ending, partly reason why I don't go out of my way to watch many.
