Brokeback wasn't a trilogy that was a worldwide phenomenon (for better or worse), and the teenage masses know Pattinson primarily for it. I hope a great performance as Bats will quell it down, but I'm skeptical it will.
Of course we could spin that and say those teenage masses at that time have grown up and would like to see him in a mature role. But who are we kidding. |

Are the teenagers who loved the Twilight trilogy really the same demographic that cares about a new Batman movie? Something tells me 17 year old emo girls don’t give a shit about the next Batman flick. |
