Social media embargo was lifted for press screenings. Early reactions. If you’ve seen the first 3 movies, there’s no way you’re not going to see this.

For me, this movie is review proof. No matter what they say, I know I’ll love it, just like the previous 3.
Don’t care how long it is. Just means more fantastic Keanu in this role.

Interesting how some of the reactions mention that the ending for this entry will be divisive.

Grace Randolph's review of this is mixed but mostly leaning towards the negative side. Sounds like a bumpy ride.

No one cares what Grace Randolph thinks
She’s the absolute bottom of the barrel person who I would trust with film criticism.
and as I said, if you’ve seen the first three, you’re not going to skip this.

I saw 1-3 but only liked the first, I'm a bit interested in this for Donnie Yen but I'll probably see it when it hits Blu Ray on sale at some point. Hopefully its good, but the runtime seems unnecessary for a action movie

There is a screening in my area tonight. But nobody can post anything about what they saw.

Breakfast All Day (the former What The Flick) gave it middling scores (5 and 6) from both critics. Too much of a good thing almost gets boring.

This is currently sitting at 89% on rottentomatoes with 44 reviews. Same as the last two entries.

I just watched Stuckmann's review. He loved it and said it's the best sequel. He said the 2 hours and 49 minutes are worth it. It's a really big film.
Really more excited for it next week.

Yes it is.
On the flip side - if I make it to 80, I hope to have even half the energy of Ian McShane.

I rewatched the first 3 movies in anticipation and I gotta say, that 2:49 runtime is sounding crazier and crazier to me. In a vacuum I enjoy most of the action sequences in the series, but after about 60 minutes I start to become numb to them. The main reason I like chapter 2 best (is that an unpopular opinion?) is I love how it opened up the world of the first and we got to spend time learning about this insane underground economy in addition to the fights. Hopefully chapter 4 has more of that and doesn't just double (triple? quadruple?) down on the action.
