Re: Your #1 favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe movie? (through Endgame)

Probably Infinity War for me, if Endgame sticks the landing. If it does, I'll likely consider both as one big movie.

If it doesn't, it would be hard for me to choose between Guardians 1, Winter Soldier, and believe it or not, Ant-man and The Wasp.
The first two have a lot of fans, but I was surprised just how much of a blast I had with A-MatW.

Favorite Villain at this point is Thanos, because of the narrative heft to his material.
Favorite villain performance, however, would be Blanchett's Hela in a walk.

Re: Your #1 favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe movie? (through Endgame)

Itís so hard for me to give a definitive answer on this. I really like most of them honestly and my answer just depends on how Iím feeling at the time.

Iíve really grown to like Captain America: The First Avenger. For a movie I didnít like much at first Iíve really grown to liking it a lot the more Iíve rewatched it over the years.

Also I really like Ant-Man a lot. It doesnít seem to be one a lot of people put very high, but Iíve always thought it was a lot of fun. Rudd is just so damn likable.

For the team up films it by far is Infinity War. Truthfully while I liked the first two Avengers films they were never favorites beyond the spectacle of seeing the team together. I think the Russoís really upped the team up movie game first with Civil War, and then even more so with Infinity War. I think Endgame will top them both.

I thought Ragnarok was the most fun, but Civil War, fun and really beginning. Infinity War maybe over Civil War, then Ragnarok, but right now still original IM. Endgame could change that of course...

I voted before seeing "Endgame". That was up until now. Yes, "Ragnarok" was the most fun. But "The Winter Soldier" is still the best IMO.

Winter Soldier for me. I don't think Endgame will top it, either.

Guardians of the Galaxy. Loved the movie so much, saw it multiple times in the theater.

Frankly, the more fantastical the movies get, the more they lose me. I still enjoy them all to some extent but I prefer the ones that stay a bit more grounded (as grounded as a super hero movie can be).

For my money, Winter Soldier, IM 1, CA: The first Avenger, and yes, The Incredible Hulk, all resonate with me a bit more that GotG, Dr. Strange, etc.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but that is because my dad passed away a week before it came out, and it hit me right in the heart. Last October, I actually got to spend some time with Sean Gunn (I work with our local Comic Convention group) and we talked a little about how much GOTG2 resonated with me. REALLY nice guy!

Sean Gunn and Orbi-Wan Techno hanging out....

I love "The Incredible Hulk". Definitely in my top 5 favorite Marvel films.

Winter Soldier for me - the ďevil Captain AmericaĒ really works as a villain. Plus it has the second best fight in Marvel history (the freeway fight) - number one is also Cap and WS in Civil War with Black Panther.

Still Winter Soldier for me. Liked Endgame, like all the MCU, but middle of the pack at best.

Still Infinity War here. Liked End Game a lot, don't know how I'd rank it or grade it, but it's definitely not in my top 5.

Re: Your #1 favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe movie? (through Endgame)

First vote for Captain America: Civil War. I really enjoy the team-up movies the same way I always enjoyed the team-up comics growing up. Plus, I like that Civil War avoided the trope of the villain being "same as the hero but evil". Great action, great comedy, Cap & Bucky wailing on Iron Man - it was everything I wanted from these movies.

Winter Soldier, Civil War, Ragnarok. Probably in that order for me.

Re: Your #1 favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe movie? (through Endgame)

i'm def gonna reserve my vote until after Endgame in a couple hours, but IM 1 will probably still be my fav. some incredible outings, fun ones like CW and Ragnarok, but this first one on multiple viewings and watching the feature length doc on it, will just always be up there for me...
