I suppose, but I would think it would be better to let that hype build. Put a tag at the end of Black Adam saying that he’ll return in this or something. Either way I’m down to see both.

Looks light and disposable, like the first one. Which I enjoyed but haven’t been able to get through a rewatch of in one sitting. It drags way too much at the end.

Kind of lame jokes here but I have to remind myself that Levi is actually paying a kid.

What's funny about them mentioning other heroes in the trailer is that it's confirmed this movie is completely its own thing, separate from the other DC movies and even Black Adam. Somewhat deceptive advertising.

I liked the first movie quite a bit. This trailer looks okay. Truthfully I think I liked it more with just Billy/Shazam and not the entire family. I realize they were in the first movie too but I liked the first part of the original film more too.

It just feels like the air is taken out of it because of all the announcements, even though I wouldn't mind if they carried Levy over and I don't think they have made any official announcements yet.

But as someone who loves Shazam, I'm hoping for the best.

Yeah, killing the DCEU before this released is going to kill any chance it had.

That being said they have been mum about where they stand with Levi/Shazam going forward, probably to give it a shot at a decent box office.

This at least deserves a chance at the box office. Enjoyed the first movie, and glad this made it through production without any DC drama.
