I need help on an abdction film movie title please

All i remember about this movie was it is a USA TVM. It was made in the 90's i think. It was about a young girl who was abducted and moved to a different part of USA. Her brothers managed to trace her and find her living with an older couple before alerting the police. It was a fab film for such a cheap budget. Does any one know the name of the know please. I watched it on TCM or True Movies on sky in the UK.

In America we have a tv channel called USA. But I don’t think you mean that you saw it on that channel. TCM in America is Turner Classic Movies and they don’t show many movies from the ‘90s.
