FYI, this is currently up on Netflix and can also be bought on BD as well.

Same thing happened when Backdraft 2 came out, it came on both Netflix and physical media the same day.

Watched this on Netflix today. Definitely low budget. It was alright, but it was helped by having Rhea Seehorn as the lead in this.

The plot is a little hokey involving some stolen Nazi treasure and a hostage situation involving some Germans. It's fairly predictable and thinks it's more clever than it actually is. There's a twist that you can see coming so far away.

If you happen to catch it on Netflix, don't turn it off once the credits roll, there is a short mid-credits bonus scene.

And they do make a reference to the 1st movie and show an image of Denzel. So it's not entirely an in-name-only sequel.

The person who directed this was the former lead director and EP of Strike Back. I don't think this movie really utilized her skills from working on that show for so many years. It felt very small and confined.

Bassett directed Solomon Kane, which I love, and the Silent Hill sequel, which sucked hard.
