Old 80's horror movie where girl gives other people large welts and they die?
 

so very little to go on. but basically a blonde girl gets taken to a facility bc her's mom had this thing, maybe alien with powers and they wanted to destroy the mom, the facility has a bunch of beds with all these children with welts on them. the dad breaks the girl out and the last scene is that she looks at her stomach and she has a welt too and will become like her mother or something like that??

Just saw it, nah that’s not it, but thanks. She describes it as last scene blonde little girl maybe 8 was being driven away by dad and looked at stomach and saw welts. Meaning she would be become what her mom was who someone wanted to destroy. That’s all I really have...

Sorry Rich, that can’t possibly be it. The Brood was 1979. OP specifically said 80s movie. I guess the search continues...

Strange that The Brood isn't it, since that's exactly what OP described originally.

Horror movies are rife with copies and/or ripoffs, so maybe there is something else.
