Does 3:10 to Yuma really count according to strict interpretation of the question? Unless I misunderstood the title all this time, and it really means "3 hours and 10 minutes till we get to Yuma."
And I know it really doesn't matter, but that was the first one that came to mind for me until I dismissed it because I figured it didn't qualify.

127 Hours
Not actually my favorite but not bad.
Favorite is probably 28 Days Later or 3 Days of the Condor, or possibly one scene from 28 Weeks Later (when he's running from the house, the rest of the movie isn't that good but I love that scene).

The story is that he’s escorting the bad guy to the 3:10 train to Yuma.
And I guess you’re right. The title is about a perceived moment of time, not a length of time.
