It's the Great HALLOWEEN (REVERSE) SHEEP GAME, Charlie Brown!
Halloween fast approaches, so let's have a game celebrating horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and all things candy.
The basic rules:
Intro for first time players
Spoiler:
General Rules
Spoiler:
Game-Specific Rules
To be considered correct, answers must be from theatrically released feature films, no TV shows, shorts or webisodes.
Unique Bonus: Reverse Sheep questions will generate additional bonus (negative) points according to the following:
1 Unique is awarded -20
2 Uniques are awarded -15 each
3 Uniques are awarded -10 each
4+ Uniques are awarded -5 each
Slam Dunks {sd} Players have the power of multipliers in their hands. Each player is given five (5) Slam Dunks ({sd}) which they use by adding {sd} to the end of their answer. Your Slam Dunks have different effects depending on the question you use it on:
In Sheep questions, the {sd} adds 1 to the Multiplier.
In Reverse Sheep questions, you can use your {sd} to turn the question into a sheep question for you. However, if your answer is wrong, it does nothing.
Slam dunks cannot be stacked. Use one per question only or else they will be discarded. You cannot use two slam dunks to turn a Reverse into a Sheep and then slam dunk those sheep answers.

Regarding Reverse question 4 : No offense, but it's kind of asking a lot to remember which movies Spielberg produced vs EP'ed. Is it too late to ask that both producing credits count?
BTW : Question 20? Pure genius!

None taken, but it's to keep the number of answers down, as well as reward any player cagey enough to remember which movies Spielberg actually produced rather than just slapped his company name on. If players are uncertain, they can always stick to movies he got a directing credit on (thank God there are no aliens in Poltergeist to save us from that discussion).

Regarding question 11 Reverse : It says Movie/Movie Series. Does that mean if two people answered different movies from the same series, they would be grouped together? I assume it does.

When you say movie/movie series, is it safe to presume that all movies from the same series + remakes/reboots will be lumped together? Based on the wording, I could see someone trying to argue that "Insert Movie Name Here" part 7, is a different answer than other movies in the series.

Remakes and re-boots are trickier. It's hard to argue that Howard Hawk's The Thing is part of a series with John Carpenter's The Thing. So I suppose re-boots would be accepted, but subject to Part One and Part Three of the re-boot series getting marked together.

Yes, movies from the same series will be counted together. Like, if someone answered Friday the 13th Part 3 and someone else answered Jason Goes to Hell, they would marked together as those films have consistently been thought of as being in in the same series.

With little confidence, my destined-for-the-middle-of-the-pack answers have been sheepishly submitted.

It's true that I'd much rather have people argue among themselves rather than my having to do a ton of research on obscure answers.

For 8 and 11,is a stand movie with no series an acceptable answer or is this specifically only for movies with sequels, part of series, trilogy etc, Not sure based on the wording
