Let's start with a possibly incorrect answer; at least, I'm calling it incorrect for now.

Spoiler:
The Woman of Your (Worst) Dreams
majorjoe23 +4

I haven't heard of this one - and neither, it seems, have Google or imdb. If this movie exists - maybe under another title - and majorjoe can point me to it, I'll change his score.

Re: Sheep All Day. Party All Night - Horror (Reverse) Sheep Game

Yeah, for fans of international horror there are just so many things to choose from for this question (as the sheepmaster is seeing with all the uniques). Even if you just stick to Asian horror, there are countless movies that I can think of.

Just to play it safe I went super-obscure with a Nobuo Nakagawa movie I'd be surprised anyone has heard of. He's kind of the godfather of Japanese horror, with his best known movies being Ghost Story of Yotsuya, Jigoku (which got the Criterion treatment), and Snake Woman's Curse. All very worthwhile.

I caught Hasta el viento tiene miedo for a DVD Talk Horror Challenge a few years ago, and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Re: Sheep All Day. Party All Night - Horror (Reverse) Sheep Game

So many great movies unchosen for the foreign ghost story. No Korean horror (like Tale of Two Sisters or Whispering Horror). Lots of J-Horror remaining like classics Kwaidan and Ugestsu. No Pulse or Juon.

Ugh, Karloff is going to be the sheep choice isn't he. Though, to be fair, he did play the doctor at least once (in addition to more famously playing the monster).

I was between Gene Wilder, Peter Cushing, and Colin Clive for this one. We'll see if I chose wisely.

Re: Sheep All Day. Party All Night - Horror (Reverse) Sheep Game

My logic on picking Karloff was sound. I counted on there being neophyte-horror fans who wouldn't know the name of Clive or Peter, so they'd ignore the "man not monster" part and go with Karloff.

Unfortunately, there weren't enough players for that strategy to work.

Boba Fett -8

Or you could've been counting on a lot of fans of 1958's Frankenstein 1970, in which Karloff played Dr. Frankenstein!
