Anyone see this supernatural/horror movie? Reviews are mostly poor, but some say it's a gem. Anyone here see it and can comment?

I wondered if the title was derived from a dislike of the movie Knock Knock.

Watched this tonight. It had some creepy scenes, but was pretty dumb. I wasn't too thrilled with the ending either. Not completely predictable, but you could guess how most of it was going to play out.
