Sequels you wish never existed?
Almost like they tarnish the original or well-done sequel to the original...
I love Die Hard. Like really love. Enjoyed 2-4 as well, though 4 was already treading on thin ice and of course the formula completely changed with Vengeance. But, I so wish A Good Day to Die Hard never existed. It took everything I loved about the franchise to that point and pissed all over it. It was so ill conceived and poorly done. Willis wasn't even remotely having any fun and thus neither did I or many, many others.
So which sequels do you wish never existed?

I cant think of a better way to kill a franchise than to tell everyone in the second installment that the first installment story line was bullshit.

Exorcist II: The Heretic
Exorcist III should have been the 2nd movie in that series.

This true, but with Highlander you get the added glory of being told that everything you thought you knew about immortals from Highlander was wrong and they were just a bunch of aliens.

I've seen some of the sequels, and they are just awful movies (well, the 3rd was OK, but completely unnecessary and a rehash of the first). I don't know why I kept going to see them - I guess I kept hoping that they'd get it right. After the one with Duncan and Connor I gave up. That was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

All Halloweens after III (beating the sentiment that "Michael Myers is EVIL!" into the ground, introducing stupid new plot points that make no sense, switching to 1.85 ratio, introducing a comedic music score in a few scenes, I could go on and on.)
All Friday the 13ths after "The Final Chapter," which itself turned out to be the most laughable title ever.
Speed 2: Snooze Control
