I decided that Malfoy had the most impact during the series while Neville became more of a phenomenon after it was over. Not that that couldn't have made him the Sheepiest answer, of course. I also recently saw him in Me Before You as Emilia Clarke's boyfriend.

On the director question, I honestly couldn't remember Yates' name, but might've gone with Cuaron anyway. The Columbus movies are my least favorite so I didn't want to go with him, though I do give him credit for great casting and getting things started.

Cuaron to me is the only answer on that as he set the tone for the rest of the series. I like Columbus' films both the series got more mature after Cuaron.
