That Black Panther staying power, damn. Looks like Pacific Rim will bomb big domestically, same with Tomb Raider.

Will BP still be in the top 10 when Infinity War hits?

Absolutely. More than likely. I think so.

Quite possibly, but maybe not.

Domestic B.O. yes unless another 7 movies come out before Infinity War that gross more then BP

International B.O. maybe but not likely. Infinity Wars will likely do better globally but possibly not on the domestic side. Domestically they will be really close. the new Star Wars movie could do better too, but Rogue One barely crossed the billion dollar mark, so this one will be a longshot.

Jumanji is $1mil away from passing Spidey and being Sony's top domestic grosser. Does anyone still even see playing in theatres by them? None by me. Obviously still somewhere. They should've held the home release back a few more weeks.

I'm sure they made more on video releasing it before Easter than they would have by keeping it in more theaters. But it would be cool to watch it pass the all time Sony gross since it's so close at this point. Hell, The Rock should just go online and buy movie tickets and hand them out on social media so it can cross the finish line

I think majorjoe23 was talking about the Weekend Top 10, not all time.

Black Panther only made $7.7m this last weekend on the international market, so it's already out of the top 10 there. It's currently #3 stateside and will likely still be in the top 10 come April 29th.

On the all time, Black Panther is currently #11 worldwide and #5 stateside (though it'll be #3 by next weekend domestic, and it'll finish #10 worldwide).

Yea, I figured the home video release date had to do with Easter.

RPO looks to top out around $150 million domestically, probably around $600m worldwide when all is said and done, if not more. Which would make it a sizable hit.

I've been in Tokyo for two weeks. While doing my laundry from the trip this morning, I read a review of A QUIET PLACE in Entertainment Weekly, which was in my mail when I got back. I'd never even heard of the film before then. How the hell did it make $50 million in one weekend? No stars, tricky subject, no franchise affiliation...what accounts for this? I'm really confused.
