in for Oren Moverman. Richard Gere as a homeless man might be a tough sell. Really love the trailer though.

As someone who liked both The Messenger & Rampart, I'm interested.

Still haven't seen Rampart. I've seen very mixed views on that one. Unlike The Messenger where it was more praised than not. This one looks interesting though.

IMO Rampart >>> The Messenger.

Time Out of Mind (2015; D: Moverman; S: Gere, Malone, Vereen)

Some buzz that Richard Gere could get an Oscar nomination for his role as a homeless man in this movie. I can't remember the last time Gere was relevant. This director's other movies have been good, so I may have to check this one out.

Anyone seen this yet? It's also available On Demand.

Thanks. Mods can combine this one with the old one. I did a search for both the film title and Richard Gere and could not find it.

This was pretty good. If you want non-stop noise or action you might not have the patience for this in the beginning.

I think Gere should get a Oscar nom for this movie.

It makes you appreciate how fortunate we are and get to sleep in a warm bed every night and away from the cold and other sick people.

Ben Vereen was pretty good too though at first I did not recognize him.

High marks for being one of the saddest most emotionally engrossing films I've seen in awhile. Shame Gere never got any Nom's for this.
