The "Spider-Man and Power Pack" one above was free, but you had to send away for it. It was a "Very Special Episode" where Spider-Man admitted being molested by an uncle as a child.

Shock 'Em Dead (1991) - main character has a few comics in his trailer.
Cover of Superman #271 (Jan, 74) taped to the wall.
I think that's a copy of Ghost Rider #27 (Dec, 77) on the table - I included a zoomed-in shot for comparison.

In Slave Trade in the World Today (1964), the narrator tells us that one of the marvelous things available to the modern African woman is... comic books.

I've never heard of the movie or comic. The description on IMDB makes me want to check out the film. It obviously outdated but I'm interested.

I was watching Holy Mountain last night and there’s a slightly retouched cover of Captain Marvel #1.
There’s also a scene recreating Michaelangelo’s Pieta, which was used as inspiration for the cover of the Death of Captain Marvel cover, bug since Holy Mountain came out about a decade before that comic it’s just an interesting coincidence.

Re: Movies that feature actual comic books
I'd never heard of the comic, but the English on the front and back cover, and the fact that it was probably for sell in Africa in the early '60s pointed to a UK origin. So I looked at a list of British comics online and found the correct title (Love Story Picture Library). Then it was just a matter of looking at the GCD for the cover.
Here's another foreign comic I'd never heard of. In Schulmädchen-Report: Was Eltern nicht für möglich halten (1970), you can see three issues of the German comic book Fix und Foxi (v18#31-33).
Finally, an American comic. In Sex and Astrology (1971), a bored lover is reading a copy of Cartoon Laughs (v9#4 -July, 1970). I had to edit a couple of these pictures a bit to make them safe for work.

The kid in Lights Out (2016) has some DC posters and figures in his room, but I didn't notice any comic books. Fortunately, his older sister is a comic book fan who reads comics.

It's been some time since I posted one of these. Kid in Blood Salvage (1990) is seen reading a Batman comic. Then later in the movie, the mother character uses it to fan herself, giving us a better look at the cover.

In the opening scene of Children of the Night (1991), a kid is looking at porn mags at a newsstand. When he picks one, the camera moves, and you can see a few Marvel comics on a rack behind him.

In a Season 7 episode of Perry Mason ("The Case of the Bigamous Spouse"), Perry searches the cabin of a recently deceased hermit and finds a ton of old western pulp magazines. We see the covers of "Ranch Romances" and "Action Stories."

Re: Movies that feature actual comic books
In The Wizard of Speed and Time (1988), the main character sells off his collectibles (including some well-read classic comics) at a garage sale to raise money to make a movie. When the comics aren't selling, his buddy drops the price and people start to scoop 'em up (Who wouldn't?).
In the educational short Americans at Work - Barbers and Beauticians (1960?), kid waiting to get his haircut reads a copy of Dennis the Menace in Hawaii (Fawcett, 1959).
I'm guessing it's the third printing, but it could be the fourth printing from 1960, or even later since I couldn't confirm the year the film was released.
Read the comic.

Re: Movies that feature actual comic books
In Alien Space Avenger (1989), the main character is a comic book writer/artist who works on a comic called Space Avenger. They show fake issues of the comic a few times during the film, twice on newsstand racks alongside actual comics.
First time:
Here's what I see :
Amazing Spider-Man #297, The Incredible Hulk #340, Marvel Tales #208, The Uncanny X-Men #226, Fantastic Four #310, Superman #14, and Flash #9 (Jan-Feb, 1988)
The second time, an alien opens the fake comic and we can see the first page:
The comics I see here:
Adventures of Superman #443, Laugh #8, Alf #6, Heathcliff #25, Archie's Pals 'n' Gals #198 (all August, 1988), and inside the fake comic, we see page 3 of Squadron Supreme #12 (August, 1986).
