All I could think of at the time was "Ah, Venice!" China would've been an obvious answer that just occurred to me.

EDIT: And that would've been just as good an answer.

I had no idea how to answer the Indiana Jones question because there are so many possible answers. So I went with the most obvious answer I thought was possible which didn't work out for me apparently.

Re: the scoring questions ... I'm with the majority in saying no to both. Prequel and sequel aren't the same thing. That's why they're different words, after all. Phantom Menace briefly popped into my head as a potential answer for that one and I discarded it for that reason.
