Sleeping With Other People (2015, D: Headland) S: Alison Brie, Jason Sudeikis

Alison Brie and Jason Sudeikis struggle to fight sex addiction in the first trailer for “Sleeping With Other People.”
Brie plays a serial cheater, while Sudeikis is a womanizer in the romantic comedy. The characters first have a fling in college, then rekindle their relationship when they run into each other more than a decade later at a 12-step program for sex addicts.
“The guy I lost my virginity to was at my sex addicts meeting,” Brie admits to a friend.
Leslye Headland (“Bachelorette”) directs from her own script. IFC bought North American rights to the movie following its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January. Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Sidney Kimmel and Jessica Elbaum are producing, while Jim Tauber, Carla Hacken and Matt Berenson are exec producing.
Adam Scott, Amanda Peet and Natasha Lyonne also star in the film, which hits theaters on September 11.

This looks more like the things I can see her doing post-Community, not secondary roles like in "Get Hard".

She sexy and super-charming, it's kind of a shame that she's stuck in supporting roles and hasn't headlined anything.

Saw this the other day. I thought it was enjoyable but went on for maybe 20 minutes too long.

I did a blind by on this on VUDU for $15. I enjoyed it. And yes...Alison Brie is gorgeous, no doubt.

This is on Hulu now.
I watched a little more than half last night, and am very much enjoying it, even if it is a riff on When Harry Met Sally and seems obvious where it is going. You don't have to reinvent the rom-com wheel, just be entertaining.
And yes, holy fuck is Brie both completely adorable and totally sexy.

I watched this a couple years ago, but the line about his wanting to nail his best friend still sticks with me.
