So I did a search for a Police Academy thread, and this popped up. I didn't want to start a new thread based on a rumor, but the whole Police Academy series might make it to bluray this fall. October 4, I will believe it when I see it.

I picked up the UK box set on Bluray, haven't checked them out yet but looking forward to it.

I remember seeing #4 in the theaters with some high school friends. I know I only saw the first one (which was Rated R) on home video...and I'm assuming I saw 2 and 3 before 4, but don't remember seeing those in the theater. I've never seen one after #4 (that one was so bad, I had no desire to see another).
