And the trailer announces things "never seen in a motion picture before," without adding the caveat that there's a good reason they haven't been seen in a movie before--because they're too fucking stupid to put into a movie! :gah:

And would it have hurt them to find an announcer who could pronounce "Führer"?

It was indeed Thor but the character is a mythological figure and thus in public domain. Same with Loki, Odin, Asgard, the Frost Giants, etc. Marvel cannot sue.
