Help identify this gladiator movie
 

The one scene I remember was a Roman gladiator battle between two men who were each fastened to a separate pillar by a chain. Each man hurled a discus and the other man dodged. Then they made one circuit around their pillars which made the chain shorter so they had less ability to dodge. Then again, so their left wrists were against the pillars. One guy failed to dodge, got a sharpened discus in his belly, and his intestines fell out.

I saw it on cable around 1986-1988. It was exploitative. There was an orgy scene of several gladiators with nude slave women, so it had to have been post-1970. Probably Italian.
