Huo An (Chan), the commander of the Protection Squad of the Western Regions, was framed by evil forces and becomes enslaved. On the other hand, a Roman general escapes to China after rescuing the Prince. The heroic duo meet in the Western Desert and a thrilling story unfolds.

Looks good and it looks like most of the dialogue is in English too.
This isn't the first time Cusack co-starred in a Chinese film. He did a movie back in 2010 called "Shanghai" that starred Gong Li and Chow Yun Fat.
It was co-produced by the Weinstein's, but never got a domestic theatrical or home video release in the States. Shame too, it was a pretty decent film. I own the BD that I bought from Hong Kong.

That's the one I picked up in HK as well. I liked the movie, not sure why it was never picked up for distribution here.
Can't say I'll like this one however, it looks incredibly bad.
