Movies that hit on all cylinders?

so i am not talking best movies of all-time or anything, or movies that are on your top best lists, but movies that you think hit on all cylinders because of the movie, the movie making process and anything else that goes into a movie...

The Godfather
Guardians of the Galaxy
Die Hard
The Terminator

Taxi Driver is the closest to a perfect film, IMO.

Now that I look at it... I don't know why I thought Brazil. Isn't there a bit w/ stairs in there? Like in a dream or something. Not the Potemkin homage but something else.

Sorry, Norm! I've still got the LD as well--surely Twilight Time or Kino will release this on Blu, since they're now both pulling from the Fox/MGM library.

Re: Movies that hit on all cylinders?

^Good to hear. Hope you're right. There's a U.K. release, but I'd rather have a domestic one.
