Based on that teaser poster and music used in the teaser trailer, I’d suggest investing in Kleenex brand over the next year or so. It’ll make you rich!

The teaser doesn't necessarily have to be tied to the plot of the movie at all. Still thinking the Woody/Bo-peep story makes the most sense at this point.

Love the poster with Woody.
That was more of an "Announcement" trailer to say hey...this movie is coming next summer. I mean that footage was very likely specially made for the trailer. But, it was cute. I was amused by that Spork.

Yeah, not really much to that teaser. Part of me feels like Pixar should just let Toy Story stop rather than milking it further. I probably will still see this though.

I think it looks fun, especially with the spork. We've all had these conversations about what constitutes a toy, it will be interesting to see Pixar's take on it.

As someone who thought Toy Story 3 was not only the best of the 3, but had what was the perfect ending to one of the very, very few perfect trilogies, I'm high skeptical about this new film.

3 was the weakest of the bunch for me. The intro and ending of TS3 were amazingly emotional but I was probably the most critical of the rest of the flick. It was just a rehash of everthing that came before. I'm looking forward to seeing if they can come up with something fresh.

Wait, so the movie takes place at a carnival? 
Pixar really naling the teasers yet again. Pixar is why promo material still needs to be included on home media releases. I remember buying that Toy Box years agi with 1 and 2 partically because it had all those promos played on ABC on Saturday mornings.

It would be pretty dumb to bring back Bo Peep. She was a lamp right? I doubt a child’s lamp would have survived 20+ years. That being said, I would rather they go that route than focus on a spork.

Everybody keeps saying Toy Story 3 was the perfect ending to the series, despite the numerous short films and specials that have been released since 2010 am take place after it.
At least a new movie will have something to say, rather than be a Halloween special on ABC.

It was announced back in 2015 that she'd be back. But that was before the shake up with writers/directors, etc. so it was a little unclear if it was still the case.
