Yeah, the year ain't over yet, but I don't care. Here's my Top-5 of the year in order:


1. Only Lovers Left Alive
2. Under the Skin
3. Enemy
4. Locke
5. Guardians of the Galaxy.

Still haven't seen GotG, but these are my Top 5 thus far.

I mainly venture out to theaters for big budget tent-poles that really benefit from being seen on the big screen, so those are the only 2014 movies I've seen this year (apart from "The Amazing Spider-Man 2", which is best left forgotten).

Winter Soldier for me. Other high marks go to Edge of Tomorrow, Lego Movie, and X-Men.
