Jurassic Park III...the sat phone ringing inside the Dinosaur
I remember laughing a good 5 or 6 min after that scene.

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure
It was opening night. My friend and I got there very shortly before it started thinking that not many people would be there. The theater was packed. We ended up having to sit in the front row. The moment Pee-Wee first appeared, the entire audience gave a standing ovation. It was the strangest, funnest movie experience I've ever been involved in. So many gut-busting moments in that film. I think the entire audience laughed for a full minute after the Large Marge gag.

the rest of the movie is shit, but I could not stop laughing for about 5 minutes when I saw this. Literally tears running down my face.

Sneak preview of Airplane, and I was with my most demented friends at the time. We roared throughout the entire movie.

As for recent movies, I was almost the only one laughing, but the funniest thing I've seen at the movies in the last 20 years was the Chuck Norris reveal scene in Expendables 2.

During the "He wants to be President gag" in the first movie, I really busted a gut and embarrassed my friends, who promptly elbowed me in the ribs. The Norris gag was pretty funny too if you've spent way too much time dwelling on forums as I have.

That fuckin' Rhino scene had me rollin'!!! Starting from when he took off his soaked briefs to the "birth", my brother and I were in tears.
Also, the White Chicks bathroom scene had me actin' a fool as well.

The finger bit in Four Rooms.
The replica AK47 in Four Lions, and a couple others.
"Err, uhh, hush up little girls. A lot of cats have that name."
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, all throughout the film.
Slap Shot
I swear to God, I'll pistol whip the next guy that says 'shenanigans!"
The vaseline bit in Bronson.

There's a scene between Bernie Mac and John Ritter in Bad Santa that had me laughing as hard as I ever had in my life.
I'm now realizing its been entirely too long since I've seen that movie, and that ain't right. I'll have to check that out again soon.

- Chevy Chase ordering lunch on Underhill's tab in Fletch.
- The entire baseball game in The Naked Gun, but especially when Leslie Nielsen sings the national anthem as "Enrico Pallazzo" and starts getting into calling strikes as the umpire.
- There's Something About Mary had a bunch, but the biggest for me were the "We've got a bleeder!/He was masturbating!" scene, Harland Williams pitching 7-minute abs, and Matt Dillon trying to talk Ben Stiller out of looking up Mary with increasingly off-putting "facts" about her life.
- Farva's "liter of cola" flipout in Super Troopers.
