Kylo Ren killed Han, can he come back from that? I suppose if Anakin can after killing younglings, then anybody can.
I wonder if General Organa's death will be the thing that pushes him back to the light?

Rey will kill Luke... Kylo will then turn good.
Snookes plan was to find her. Kylo is not used anymore and fights back.

I like it.
"The Last Jedi" can mean many things. My money would be on Snoke/Ren hunting down Luke. The red font goes with that. Remember, Ren wanted to "finish what Vader started". Vader was to hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights. Ren is now hunting Luke instead of Vader in TESB.
While the title does not use a powerful verb as we expected, such as strike or attack, it still can be referencing an antagonist's point of view.

I'm surprised so many like the title.
I mean, it's not a bad title. It's just kind of bland and safe.
And I kind of agree with TGM about the syntax, though TFA already broke that.
It's also kind of weird when you look at all of the titles:
I. The Phantom Menace
II. Attack of the Clones
III. The Revenge of the Sith
IV. A New Hope
V. The Empire Strikes Back
VI. The Return of the Jedi
VII. The Force Awakens
VIII. The Last Jedi
Six is "Return of the Jedi" and Eight is "The Last Jedi." Makes me think, Welp, that didn't ladt long, which I guess is more or less true...

I think ROTJ was more about Vader/Anakin than anything else. Once again though, multiple meanings.

Title seems ok to me, but honestly the only subtitles in the entire series that I thought were really cool sounding have been The Phantom Menace and The Empire Strikes Back.

None of these people would have made it onto the Tantive IV for the trip to Tatooine or Alderaan. The battle of Yavin was a space battle, so there's no reason to assume any of them would have participated. The Empire Strikes Back takes place well after A New Hope. If they had survived, there's no telling what other missions they would have been sent on.
Still, the ending worked just fine, and the sacrifices they made gave the importance of Leia's mission more meaning.

They could've all survived Rogue One, only to die during Lando's little maneuver at the Battle of Taanab.

The title is fine with me, though I wonder if the days of colloquially referring to Return of the Jedi as "Jedi" are over.
I'm sure it's story relevant, otherwise having "Last" in the second to last movie (of the three trilogies) is odd to me.

Are we sure that we aren't getting episodes X, XI, and XII?

I love the title. Sounds both ominous and kind of epic to me.

I like the title but they seem to be just repeating the OT like with Yoda being the last Jedi at the time.

I wish they would remake the prequel trilogy into something comprehensible before they do anything past IX. And then dump TPM, AOTC, and ROTS into the "Legends" landfill.
Recast Anakin and Padme, have Ewan return as Obi-Wan, and make something really good with the bones of the original PT.

Better title: Last of the Jedi
It matches Empire and Clones better and it's quoting Yoda from ROTJ when he says, "When I am gone, the last of the Jedi will you be." I love that line.

Title was given away by Snoke during TFA.
