Aquaman doesn't fly but he's able to leap great distances (in the comics at least).

As far as going from Marvel to DC, you've got another Spider-Man actor making the switch with J.K. Simmons playing Gordon and the other way around with Keaton playing Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Not so weird.

Honestly as much as I liked his portrayal of Batman I thought they went overboard by making him so big muscular wise. I wouldn't call him fat going by what we've seen of his portrayal so far unless he's gained weight and is having a harder time getting back in shape.

Dafoe is playing Vulko, an advisor to Aquaman I believe.

It's like the Black/Afro-Latino actors are invisible to ya'll.

Angela Bassett Played Amanda Waller in Green Lantern now she is in Black Panther. Also, Idriss Elba and Zoe Saldana were both in The Losers along with Cris Evans and are now in Thor films and Guardians of the Galaxy films respectively.

Hamm doesn't really feel like he'd fit as Batman for me. Plus if they do end up recasting I think they should go with someone younger.

I'll say it again. Scott Adkins for Batman!

Maybe if they go with a reboot or someone else besides Bruce taking the mantle, but otherwise Hamm is the same age as Affleck, he's starred with Gadot before and they want an older Batman in this universe. I say get Damon.

If they want someone older I'd go with Karl Urban. He was my choice before Affleck was cast and is the same age. Ideally though I think Bruce/Batman should be like mid thirties. That way they can keep things going longer.

Karl Urban would make a great Punisher.

At this point, they should just make a rule that they must hire a new actor for Batman/Bruce Wayne every movie. They could probably get a much better group of actors if they don't have to commit to multiple films. He'll be wearing a mask most of the time anyway. By now, the public is pretty used to Batman being a different actor most of the time.

I agree with you about the suit. Take a look at his arms and legs in that picture. They are huge! They are way too big for Batman.

Yes please.
Going with an older Batman to start the DCEU was always a head-scratcher for me.
And that pic of Affleck in the chair is not very flattering, he looks fat af even though it's muscle. Realistically Batman wouldn't be built like prime Arnold.

Yeah, the poofy look Batman has is awkward to look at. I know Affleck got pretty big for the role but it seems like on top of that the suit adds a bunch more padding or something to make him look even bigger. Cavill as Superman doesn't look as big or unnatural so it's weird that Batman looks bigger. In motion Affleck looks great as Batman though. When he's kicking ass in the warehouse that's probably one of the best Batman scenes ever filmed. I imagine they could make him even more agile and appealing to look at if they got rid of some of the suit's bulk.
