Seriously though, GiantRobo, what do you consider a major flaw in an existing film?

Seems to me the whole "Martha" fiasco could have been rectified by Clark saying, "Please save my Mom!" or something along those lines. Appeal to the young Bruce Wayne who saw his mom die before him. Not that it would have made everything OK, but it would have been entirely less dopey.

And why were they always bitching and moaning about saltpeter in the 18th century?

The funny thing is, they used "Bucky" in a similar scene in "Civil War" when Cap was fighting the bad guy...made Cap pause.

Big difference, IMO, Crossbones knows that Bucky is close to Cap, and was saying it specifically to make him pause.

Supes has absolutely no reason to blurt out his mother's first name in that moment (he doesn't call her Martha, and he has no reason to believe that that name means anything to Batman), other than script contrivances.

Yeah, like was mentioned if he had even said save my mother or something it would have made been a little better. Instead it's weird because who calls their mom by her first name (yeah it's not his birth mom but essentially she is his mother regardless)?

If he had just said "Save Diane Lane" nobody would have had an issue with it.

I'd accept that. Makes sense. But you do know they would still have found a reason to hate the idea.

Why do you ask? Does any film exist that doesn't have flaws?

It's inspired by Alex Ross.

I thought it was, I've never been a fan of his style really but that's besides the point. I think the more laughable part is the tag line using the logos for letters. It looks super corny.

nitpick: Affleck has a good square chin for Batman yet they choose to narrow it here and it looks weak and goofy.

also, that kind of doesn't look like Gal Gadot to me, looks more like Jennifer Connelly.

I dig the tagline, and the use of the various hero symbols (including the nod to Superman).

I'm guessing Supes. Long trailer, but I'm glad they kept Supes out of it, that'll make for a nice build-up. Trailer wasn't bad at all, but it still sounds like the dialogue will still be pretty bad. So long as the story is coherent, I have some hopes this will be better than the last go round.

Pretty decent trailer although it's hard to be excited about some of it knowing that Affleck may not be in future films. Also I have to say I'm not a fan of Ezra Miller. His comedic bits in the trailer feel pretty forced to me. Cyborg is still eh too. Wonder Woman and Aquaman remain the standouts aside from Batman. Simmons seems alright as Gordon but I still think it's going to be hard to top Oldman.

I thought it was decent overall too, and agree that Aquaman looks like he's going to be fun but Flash still looks absolutely dreadful.
