Bill loves that, "I just got out of my coffin" look.

Ellen is surprisingly mean spirited, some of it is funny.

Kudos to the "Possibility 1. 12 Years A Slave wins best picture. Possibility 2, you're all racist" comment at least.

Because it wasn't that good. Kind of like American Hustle. Both are good, but incredibly overhyped.

Gravity was the second best movie of the year behind Wolf, which I don't see winning. So I'm good with it winning. But of course, it won't.

I liked Ellen's intro a lot. The 12 years joke at the end was pretty good.

Loved the racist joke.

Yeah, actually kind of edgy with some of the jokes and jabs. Liza did not look pleased at being kidded.

Oscar - he went to Jared!

Jared Leto practiced this speech waaaaay too much, but undoubtedly heartfelt and much better than a "Thanks to the studio!"

Of course, you can do that when you're running nearly unopposed.

That was the best Bruce Dern impression I have ever seen. Also the only one.

So far we have penis and racism jokes, LSD references and a performance by Pharrell Williams, still wearing that ridiculous hat. Lupita being sexy and a terrified Jennifer Lawrence.

Wow, Jim Carey's looking old. They sure he wasn't in Citizen Kane. Also, why not have that montage before the award for best animated?

Considering how old Jim Carrey has been looking lately, I thought he looked a bit younger than usual. Shitload of makeup.

So there will be no complete sweep this year it seems, 12 Years a Slave lost its first two nominations, and Luhrmann's Great Gatsby is now an Academy Award winner.

Well, got that one wrong. Thought American Hustle would take it.

Gatsby for Costume Design means American Hustle will likely win nothing tonight.

There was a comment previously that American Hustle wasn't favored simply because the Academy doesn't like to award 60s/70s stuff. Which I thought was unusual but ah well.

While unlikely, there's still a small chance of Best Supporting Actress win going to Lawrence. Though it will likely be Lupita.

Man Harrison Ford has gotten so odd with age.

American Hustle always looks like such a good movie in trailer format. And I'm pretty sure Tatum is stoned.

Mr. Hublot for Animated Short Film instead of the Mickey Mouse short. Lots of Oscar pools just got thrown off.
