I honestly thought my interest was going to fade with phase 4, and I'd gradually start weening myself away from this stuff.
With almost all these announcements, my enthusiasm isn't skipping a beat. Unless the finished product(s) misstep, this could be another wonderfully diverting, winding ride up to Phase 6.
I'll even consider popping for Disney+. Right now I'm subscribed to 0 streaming services (other than Prime, but that's almost exclusively for the shipping).

I have a small inters in the Doctor Strange movie if it really is horror inspired, and would actually like to see a good Fantastic Four movie some day. There was a time when I was excited about super hero movies and now it seems to be all we get. Kinda sad in my opinion. Everything just seems to be a product now with no real innovation. There have been some things on like Netflix and the like that are new and fresh, but even those seem to be headed down the road of just producing genre product.

EXCLUSIVE: Last we saw Kit Harington, the Game of Thrones star’s Jon Snow character ended that HBO series with a walk north of The Wall into the forest with the Free Folk Wildlings, his punishment for slaying his mad queen lover, Daenerys Targaryen. So where did he go?
Deadline hears it is to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he will make his next film. Sources said that Harington will join one of Marvel and Kevin Feige’s superhero franchises.
All of Marvel and Disney is busy with the D23 Expo this weekend in Anaheim. I was unable to figure out which film, and nobody was around to elaborate, which they probably wouldn’t anyway. I wouldn’t be surprised, though, if some of those details are filled in before the weekend is out. Stay tuned.

About time this finally happened. I'm more surprised they didn't just move only the Marvel Television division under the Studios banner.
https://deadline.com/2019/10/kevin-f...ve-1202760382/
EXCLUSIVE: A major structural shift is taking place at Marvel. As the brand looks to put even more of its stamp on The Walt Disney Company with the upcoming launch of Disney +, all of Marvel’s creative personnel is moving under Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige. Deadline hears that Feige is adding the title of Chief Creative Officer, Marvel, to his title. What that means for the brand is that all the company’s key creative executives across film and TV will now report to him, sources said. Already master of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Feige’s oversight will extend to the overall creative direction of Marvel’s storytelling and content creation platforms. As part of this, Marvel TV and animation generator Marvel Family Entertainment will move under Feige’s Marvel Studios banner.
I’ve heard this move is being finalized this week, and it makes strong sense that Feige would extend his oversight even further than it stretches now. He was a major presence at Investor Day, when Disney launched its OTT streamer Disney + plans and Feige mapped out Marvel’s series contributions to the service that includes The Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Hawkeye, What If? and WandaVision. He was also the front man for Marvel’s upcoming product at D23 and San Diego Comic-Con.
Feige continues to report to Walt Disney Co-Chairman and Chief Creative Officer Alan Horn and Co-Chairman Alan Bergman. The decision to place all film and television production and publishing under Marvel Studios comes at an important inflection point for the company: Marvel is moving into a second phase of its superhero film franchise launches, after an unprecedented record of success in its first decade. And the move comes as efforts to generate Marvel TV series for other platforms has wound down but will soon begin a new phase as Marvel creates premium content for Disney +.
Here is how the reporting structure will line up right under Feige: Dan Buckley will continue as President of Marvel Entertainment, where Ike Perlmutter remains Chairman. Long a creative collaborator for Feige in publishing and television, Buckley will have a dual reporting structure going forward, Deadline hears. He will continue to oversee publishing creative/editorial and in that capacity he will now report to Feige. Buckley is also responsible for publishing operations, sales, creative services, games, licensing and events. There, he will report to Perlmutter. It is expected that Joe Quesada will remain a creative lead for of Marvel Entertainment, reporting to Buckley. It is expected that all the creative execs in publishing will report to Buckley.

Jeph Loeb just announced he's leaving Marvel television since Kevin Feige basically took his job.
Also, with Agents of Shield ending, the Marvel Netflix shows all cancelled, and only a couple of shows on the air (Runaways and Cloak and Dagger), Loeb has really nothing to do now.
Feige's overseeing all the Disney + Marvel shows.

They're really playing the post-Endgame stuff close to the vest. Seems like we knew everything that happening in Phases 2 and 3 about five years in advance. Maybe it means they're planning on rolling out the FF and X-stuff, and waiting for to make some kind of big announcement?
According to wikipedia, here's the current release sked...
May 1 2020 Black Widow
Nov 6 2020 The Eternals
Feb 12 2021 Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
May 7 2021 Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness
Jul 16 2021 Spider-Man 3
Nov 5 2021 Thor Love and Thunder
May 6, 2022 Black Panther 2

They have so many open and upcoming franchises, that it's intimidating. The X-Men alone could easily do two films a year. The current House of X project from Marvel Comics might show the mutants could be introduced into the MCU.
I think Blade might work best as a Disney+ series, or something. Seems like kind of a waste to use up a movie slot for vampires. That stuff can be done a tv budget.

EXCLUSIVE: In a move that is sure to rock the Marvel Cinematic Universe, sources tell Deadline that Chris Evans is cleaning the dust off his Captain America attire as he expected reprise the role in the MCU in some form. Still vague if deal as completely closed but insiders say its headed in that direction for Evans to return as Steve Rogers aka Captain America in at least one Marvel property with the door open for a second film. Sources add it’s unlikely to be a new Captain America installment and more likely to be like what Robert Downey Jr. did after Iron Man 3,appearing in films like Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Interesting. I wonder how they'll deal with the age thing since he is old in the 'present' at the end of Avengers: Endgame. More time travel shenanigans? Or I guess 'young' Steve could pop up in a movie set in the past.

This could just be Old Steve returning for a small part in Falcon and Winter Soldier, right?

I don’t think so. So the multiverse is involved, I’m sure they will find a way to bring Captain America back. It’s not a solo movie. He’s probably going to guest star in one of the already many upcoming MCU movies.
