Yep...and I never excluded speed as a factor. Glad to keep going in this circle, if you've got all day.
We will find out soon enough. |

Ah this was on Rye Canyon LOOP. That's a much crazier road. I had heard it was on Rye Canyon Road which is a nice wide and easy going road. Too bad :(

Never seen any of his films but :rip:

I'll bet that's gonna be a closed casket.

Re: Paul Walker has died.
Well this answered one question for me. I was behind a really nice sports car (it wasn't red it was grey) a couple of days ago and has the AE graphic where the license plate would go and I was wondering what that was. I couldn't even tell what kind of car it was so I looked up "AE" when I got home and couldn't find anything. Now I know it's "Always Evolving"...

You're obviously using the word "millions" to mean "many", but there really aren't many things that could've happened. There's the almost-guaranteed fact that they were speeding/reckless driving... then there's the EXTREMELY slim possibility there was a mechanical or medical problem (which would've happened AFTER they were speeding - very unlikely not the cause of their speeding).
Them being semi-professional drivers would lead me to believe they were reckless - the whole invincible/cocky thing coming into play. I'm sure he was aware there was danger involved, and it just happened to go terribly wrong. Reminds me of whoever posted "They shouldn't have been out at 1 am!" in that Otter thread. |

I've always thought that he is a flat and mediocre actor. I hear Running Scared here a lot. Never seen it. And I'd go see Fast and Furious 5 and 6. Solid action in those. Which, as I've stated many times, is amazing to see out of the US mainstream nowadays. Seemed like a super nice guy though. Sucks to see him go like that. |

Pics of the crash area. The top older pic suggests that they aren't the only ones that like to drive crazy on that street. |

Re: Paul Walker has died.
UPDATE (Dec. 1, 8:45 a.m.): Although it's unclear what caused the accident, authorities have said speed appears to have played a major factor. UPDATE (Dec. 1, 11:00 a.m.): The driver in the fatal crash that killed Paul Walker has reportedly been identified as 38-year-old Roger Rodas. According to local reports, Rodas was the CEO of Always Evolving, an automotive company, and the pair was traveling in his 2005 Porsche Carrera GT when the car lost control and struck a tree. Walker, a car aficionado, was allegedly one of Always Evolving’s owners, and Rodas himself was a former race car driver. According to TMZ, Walker and Rodas' bodies were burned so badly in the crash that they're currently unidentifiable and their autopsies will be delayed until later this week. A rep for the L.A. County Coroner tells TMZ that the coroner is waiting on both sets of dental records before proceeding. |

Running Scared is a great movie but that's a testament to Wayne Kramer, the director.

I'm so sick of people saying it's a "tragedy" whenever a celebrity dies as a result of their own irresponsible and/or illegal behavior. I think River Phoenix was a great actor, but I never thought it was a "tragedy" that he killed himself with illegal drugs. It was an "irresponsibility," and it was a "stupidity," but it was not a "tragedy."

Honestly, it sucks that PW died, but outside of RS and Joyride, he wasn't that great of an actor. I remember when I watched the first F&F flick and I kept saying to myself that this guy was a second rate Keanu Reeves. |
Re: Paul Walker has died.
Honestly I never cared for him in F&F franchise. Same goes for Brewster. They're just not very effective actors. 5 and 6 though were fucking awesome. Me not giving a fuck about them or not.
