I feel like reviews for this aren't really needed. I'd guess very few people with no knowledge of Broken Lizard movies will be interested. And people familiar with their past movies already know if they'll love it or hate it.

A few laughs but this was painfully unfunny.

I thought the first was great. Just rewatched it and still held up. Generally, I’d say if you liked the first, you’d like this, but I don’t even think that would be the case here.

I’ve never really cared for anything Broken Lizard has done outside of the first Super Troopers anyway.

I saw the trailer recently and it just did not look funny, at all, and I'm quite sad to say that as I love the first one. Might just have to watch that one today since it's 420.

I probably will see the sequel, but I'll just wait until I can stream it for free or I might bite if the BD is cheap enough.

I want to find time to watch this, regardless of RT score, but I don't know if I will this weekend and with next week being Avengers, I imagine this doesn't last long in theaters.

I agree. If they were smart, they'd push it to disc/VOD sooner than later. Hell, considering they released on 4/20, I don't see why they wouldn't launch on VOD. All the stoners at home need something to watch.

It will probably hit digital soon because they offered digital download as a perk with the Indiegogo campaign. I can't imagine it coming later than the end of June... though they should do it sooner.

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if this makes $20mil this weekend. It did pretty well last night for Thursday showings.

This is nowhere near as bad as the reviews are trashing it to be. But it's also nowhere near as good as the first one. There's some funny scenes and some good lines in it but it definitely fall short of the original. Make sure you stay about a minute into the credits for payoff for a joke that keeps getting mentioned throughout the movie.

I was actually shocked at how good it was. Not as great as the first but still funny throughout the whole movie. Considering the state of comedy sequels I was very happy.

I went to it last night. The theater was packed. It had some funny moments peppered throughout, but it makes the first film look like a work of genius.

Despite bad/mediocre reviews, seems like the fans still came out for this one. Seemed to beat all expectations at the box office.

Saw it tonight and really enjoyed it. If you cut off the first 5 minutes of the original (the best thing Broken Lizard has ever done by far) I'd say it's about on par with the first one and actually runs out of steam later than the original.

Finally made it to see this ... the comments here are right on track. It is definitely a worthy successor of the original. Saw it with my son (who just watched the first one earlier in the day) and we were both wiping tears from our eyes from laughing so hard.

Despite it being two weeks later, the crowd was decent sized and was 100% on board ... well, except for the couple sitting in front of us. The guy was gut-rolling, but the lady ... wow, she had a hockey-stick in her household.

Loved it, but then I'm a sucker for the first one. It's one of my favorite movies.
