My favorite variation on that is in the third season episode of Batman Beyond called "Payback," where a villain attacks old Bruce Wayne. He quite calmly asks "Who might you be?" He replies "I'm your worst nightmare!" and Bruce Wayne darkly answers "You have no idea what my nightmare are like." All hail Kevin Conroy.
