Going to differ here and say it looks very enjoyable, with an excellent cast.
As long as there is no subplot that one of them has 3 months to live or something.

Rented this on demand last night through MGO (the streaming on demand service on Roku)
Anyways, I actually really enjoyed it. It was light and fun and it felt like watching the good old boys hang out and have fun together one last time. I thought Douglas, De Niro, Freeman and Kline played very well off each other and there were a lot of laughs. The back story of the characters was a little light though. They had one short sequence from their childhood, but nothing about them as adults.
The movie didn't take itself too seriously and I enjoyed how they poked fun at their ages & facing their mortality.
Archie (Freeman) was probably my favorite character. I didn't realize how old Kevin Kline was (in his late 60's). Man, he's aged a lot over the last 20 years.

I thought Kline and Freeman were the funniest in this.
