Safe Haven (2013; S: Julianne Hough, Josh Duhamel; D: Lasse Hallström)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1702439/combined
A young woman with a mysterious past lands in Southport, North Carolina where her bond with a widower forces her to confront the dark secret that haunts her. Really really really liked it. Spoiler:
My first introduction to Cobie Smulders, really liked her. |

I didn't see a topic (and didn't bother making one) but I saw this a week ago and it was junk.
Spoiler:
I'll tell you what Deb, MoviePass is certainly letting me see things I normally wouldn't. Like bottom of the barrel type stuff. |

This thread is a joke right? I read what the twist was and it sounds like one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard of.

Yeah, up to now her biggest film role was a major part in the little-seen independent film The Avengers.

Maybe she meant her first experience seeing Cobie Smulders actually acting. I swear she acciddentally wandered from a set of a porno when they shot her scenes in The Avengers. Then again, I doubt many porn stars would be that bad.

She was also in the esteemed Slammin' Salmon. I liked it, but felt she sucked in Safe Haven and unmemorable in The Avengers.
