The Island. I rented it back in the day and really enjoyed it. I figured it was the one Michael Bay movie I could actually stand. Eventually I bought it on Blu-ray and couldn't get past the first fifteen minutes, had Bay's stink all over it. Sold it...

For me lately it's the first Superman movie. I've liked it for many years, but then I watched the Richard Donner cut of Superman II, which cut out a lot of the corniness of the theatrical cut and gave it more emotional weight and pretty much ruined the first movie for me as well as the theatrical cut of II.
