Don't think Farmiga is in it - Lili Taylor is, but here's the first "teaser trailer" that runs awfully long for being just a teaser:

Ah, then she's not featured in that trailer then.

Silly title but I'm a sucker for haunted house flicks so I'll check it out.

Lily Taylor doesn't excite me much sine I still have a bad taste in my mouth from The Haunting but I'll see it regardless of her being in it.

I like the title. And I still don't understand why "Insidious" wasn't called "The Further". Much better title. Anyway, that was a great great teaser. And I read online this movie is tracking through the roof. Near 100% with preview audiences. Also, Lily Taylor is a terrific actress.

I really liked Insidious until the last 15 minutes or so. This looks really promising and creepy too.

Wan's got two sure fire hits this year. The Conjuring and Insidious 2. I know they're almost done filming the latter and it should be ready for the Fall.

Yeah, I'm really not big on these types of films, but I thought Insidious was really well done. I'd see this one for the director's name alone....and the trailer's great.

Looks creepy. Hopefully it isn't a watered down PG-13 horror flick.

I hate the way they make these trailers when it comes to horror. Every new horror movie got the same cut, sounds, style trailer. Really corny.

Regardless the movie will probably be fun, even though the trailer makes it look like your stupid typical polished hollywood cgi horror.

Very nice poster have to agree the shadow of the body is cool.

I don't have a link but did anyone else see the WonderCon report that this is getting an R just because of how intense it is? Wan says he was told there was nothing he could cut to lessen it; MPAA just said it's too scary.

Hype? Sure... but I like it.

If that is true that is fucking awesome.

Oddly, there is nothing explicit about this horror film. Mostly everything is suggested. There is no gore or nudity or intense violence. Yet the film got an R rating from the MPAA, which surprised them. They had intended to make a PG-13 movie, as it wasn’t going to be about explicit gore or grossing the audience out. The movie is about real scares and telling what happened in that house. When they asked the MPAA why it got an R rating, they came back saying that “it was just too scary”. When pushed, the MPAA admitted that there were no specific moments or scenes that they could take out of the film to get a PG-13. It was just too scary regardless for certain audiences.

James Wan his take on the ratings controversy, “It’s a testament to the studio for not fucking with the film. They realized that this movie works and they’re sticking to it and I’m very thankful for that.”

lol

It's Wan, so we know it'll be good. I just wish it had a Leigh Whannell screenplay

Had to close my eyes during the trailer in the part where she goes to open the closet, I am terrified of jump scares in movies

Always have liked Vera Farmiga. I'm in.

I'm pretty interested in this one. Supposedly, it's based on true events that happened not all that far from where I live.
