Finally watched the trailer and I'm psyched. I'm a sucker for these types of movies. Working class dramas with a little bit of brains behind them (Saturday Night Fever, Romance and Cigarettes, Mac, A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints). This should be right in my wheel house, can't wait.

That trailer makes the movie look a hell of a lot better than the synopsis led me to believe.

Knew nothing about this until I saw the trailer before The World's End last night. Based on the trailer alone, I am excited.
Yup, pretty much this. JGL has been front and center in several very, very good films going back to The Lookout. He also seems like a genuinely cool and funny guy off camera. I've also become a big fan.

I have seen this. It's good. Confidently made with sure performances. Joseph Gordon-Levitt made a decent flick about how we try to fill stereotypes in life, unrealistic expectations about love and sex, and the possessive side of relationships.
The trailers do not give you the whole story. It's better that way.

I really enjoyed the first about 2/3rds of the film, but thought it somewhat fell apart with the third act. I still definitely enjoyed it but think it could have been much better. I felt the plot went in a direction that didn't ring true for the characters.
