I like to rag in Kristen Stewart and the Twilight movies as much as the next guy but I actually thought she was pretty decent in Snow White and the Huntsman.

Re: 33rd Annual Razzie Nominations

I know the Razzies aren't meant to be taken seriously, but this is a pretty lazy list. They just took the same 5-6 movies and nominated them for everything.

And if you're going to nominate A Thousands Words for anything, it should have been for the sheer awfulness of Clark Duke as Eddie Murphy's assistant.

The Razzies are slipping. No Stallone on the list for Expendables 2. They always nominate him.

Re: 33rd Annual Razzie Nominations

Let's see, Tyler Perry was not bad in Alex Cross.

Liam Neeson did nothing "wrong" in his movies acting wise, bad luck (and contractual obligations) that he was in them though. If they wanted a worst supporting actor from Battleship, then Alexander Skarsgard is their man. His character wasn't bad but his line delivery was laughable. And nominating that movie so many times yet leaving the fucking lead unscathed is puzzling.

And no way was Battleship worse than The Cold Light of Day, This Means War or Playing for Keeps.

Surprised to see no Total Recall nominations.

Not enough for Dredd either.

Spoiler:
That was for you Snake.

This Means War was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I can't believe it wasn't recognized.

You must have been totally involved in the visuals and got lost in them.

She was god awful. It was so bad that I almost left based just on her acting. I didn't but god, it was bad. No intention of seeing the twilight crap so can't say much about them but she all but ruined Snow White.

Re: 33rd Annual Razzie Nominations

I was fine with her for most of Snow White but for some reason, I really noticed her mouth hanging open in the final scene & it made me crack up. Don't think she closed her mouth the entire scene.

Re: 33rd Annual Razzie Nominations

I'm a Razzie voter, and I didn't cast a one for Breaking Dawn Part 2. I didn't like it, but it was by no means an awful movie. After doing this for a few years now, I'm pretty sure the guy who runs the organization decides on the nominees himself...we're not given a blank ballot, he's already got suggestions on it.

She was pretty good in "Adventureland". In fairness, it was a fairly simple role.

That movie should definitely be on the list for worst picture. It had zero entertainment value for me.

Re: 33rd Annual Razzie Nominations

Every year I enjoy the irony of the Razzies being as fucking stupid & narrow-minded as the Oscars. They're almost worse, in that it's clear they don't actually nominate the worst cinematic atrocities of the year, but instead the obvious picks that are easy to lambaste.
