Hulu

I was kind of into in the beginning but the ending was lame.

Maybe John Gallagher Jr should double check the scripts and movies he signs up for

Starz

It was cool to see Hopper and Dylan Penn the kids of Sean Penn carry a movie and they were great.

I would recommend it as a must watch.

I own this.

Recommend for family viewing

I liked how they captured the feel of the 70's and probably one of Ang's best films ever.

Maybe looking back could the Christina Ricci character be a child molestor?
I always loved this movie. So good in its bleakness.

2014

Starz

I never heard of it or knew it existed

More like a Indie comedy and maybe most people might think it is kind of slow

Melanie Lynskey I thought was speaking with a American dialect and then out of nowhere she starts speaking with a British accent

Lena Dunham plays Kendrick's friend.

It's actually from 2013. I had never heard of it, but happened upon it just starting.

HBO MAX added these, so I watched all for the first time, finished today.

So I just need the watch the last 2 without Doug Bradley and of course the Hulu one.
Found the last 2 on Tubi!. Sweet!! seen all now except the Hulu one.

Nemesis 2: Nebula (1995)

While it has little connective tissue to the film that preceded it, its remains mildly interesting B-Movie fare with a few fun stunts.

Nemesis 3: Time Lapse (1996)

An absolute train wreck of a film.

It was quite a challenge to get through it, even with its short 85-minute run-time.

Cyborg (1989)

Director/Writer Albert Pyun derives much of his script and aesthetics from better films but this film is still an enjoyable romp.

I also appreciate the amount of mangled, post-apocalyptic corpses shoved into every frame of this film.

Netflix rental

It sucked and was boring

I fell asleep multiple times during the movie

No wonder it bombed at the box office.

Judas and the Black Messiah. It's a damn fine movie. I'd never heard this story before. I've never heard of any of those Black actors before. Mrs Danger was made unhappy because the movie reminded her of growing up in segregated Texas. She knew people just like those cops.

Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)

As predicted, the visuals for this film are absolutely jaw-dropping as are the action set-pieces.

Outside those aspects, plot and characters don't feel as important, as they come off as re-hashed pieces seen in countless other films.
