2014

It was ok but wanted to love it with Fasbender playing the oddball frontman and Domnhall Gleeson was good in his role

Friday the 13th part 3: Watching through this series with my boyfriend who knows absolutely nothing about slashers or horror. This is the weakest one so far, but it has the iconic hockey mask so worth a laugh if you're drunk enough. Can't wait to see Jason go to space.

Decision To Leave (2022)

Beautifully shot and anchored by two fantastic performances from Tang Wei & Park Hae-il.

Sadly, I wouldn't rank it amongst my favorite films from Director/Writer Park Chan-wook.

Triangle of Sadness (2022)

The film makes its point early on in its run-time, which made the last 90-minutes of the film a challenge to get through.

The overall enjoyment of its journey will waiver immensely from viewer to viewer.

Scream 2 (1997)

Although it doesn't surpass the original film, this sequel is much better than I initial gave it credit for.

The Munsters (2022)

Not nearly as awful as Director/Writer Rob Zombie's worst films (31, 3 From Hell) but outside visual aesthetics, there's not much here worth re-visiting.

Piggy (2022)

Although a bit uneven, Director/Writer Carlota-Martinez Pereda's debut feature is a strong offering for genre nerds.

Laura Galán's performance is wonderful and absolutely anchors the entirety of the film.

Speak No Evil (2022)

When it isn't succumbing to idiotic genre tropes, Director/Writer Christian Tafdrup's film offers quite a bit of tension and interesting themes to chew on.

Wind River…God, I forgot how fucking intense and great this movie is. Eventhough I think I’ve seen it twice before, I was still gripped and on the edge of my seat. It was heart pounding. Totally forgot how incredible everyone having to with this film was.

Blonde (2022)

Fantastic performance from Ana de Armas.

Wonderful Cinematography (Chayse Irvin) & Score (Nick Cave & Warren Ellis).

Outside of those pieces, so much of the run-time feels like a one-note Exploitation film.

I own this

Probably the first time I saw it in HD since the last time I watched it was in the early 2000's and was pleasantly surprised how good it was when I saw it in 2000 for the 1st time ever on pay per view.

Roku streaming

I am not a huge fan but I liked the movie and it had some LOL moments

Cool that it was free and not on Paramount + or some other streamer with a monthly fee

I wonder if it will get a home video release?

HDNET Movies

Surprised this is not available on Blu-ray and would buy it and thought it would have a 80 or above score at rotten tomatoes.

Remember watching this in school too.

Maybe if he was my teacher in high school I would have done better in trigonometry and advanced match and tried or attempt to do Calculus.

RIP Jaime Escalante who died in 2010
