Epix
With the great Tom Sizemore and "And Kevin Nash"

Maybe Tommy Dreamer played one of the henchmen.
The stripper who was the one behind the robbers was hot.
It is amazing Sizemore did maybe 500 movies in the last couple of years and I don't recognize any of them

Sad he once was in movies like True Romance, Heat, Saving Private Ryan, and Black Hawk Dawn and his career never recovered.

Tokyo Gore Police. I watched it because of the stills from the movie showed an interesting visual imagination. It delivers on the title, with giant fountains of blood. Body horror, social satire, non-consensual body modification, and lots more blood. The best fake ad was for knives for girls to cut themselves. "So pretty! So sharp! Comes in four colors!"

A great cast wasted on a boring movie

HBO
Lady in White (1988) with Lukas Haas and Alex Rocco
The special effects are awful

It started kind of slow but not a great but not a really bad movie either.
Maybe that justifies its 67% rating at Rotten Tomatoes

He's an absolute nut and I'm always here for it.

Starz
With Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, Luis Guzman, Gina Gershon, and Wood Harris.
I had no idea this existed and it is based on a play.
Maybe in the minority but this was not bad at all and enjoyed it.

Netflix streaming
Had no idea this existed either
If you wanted a Xmas movie mixed in with Bigfoot this is for you though it was not really that funny or good.
Too much Thomas Lennon and it should have had more Judy Greer.

Bodies, Bodies, Bodies (2022)
Honestly I didn't really care for it. The characters were mostly unlikeable and some were even unsufferable assholes. I can't go into too much detail without spoiling it. But, it's probably one of my least favorite A24 movies.

It was just meh but I liked the black cat voiced by Simon Pegg.
This is probably John Lassiters first flick after he left Disney and Pixar.

A double feature of the original Predator followed by Prey with my 14 y/o. She dug them both.

Maybe a decent rental for a Saturday night though could this be end of Neeson doing these action genre films?

King Lear, S: Ian McKellan. It was the first time I've watched Lear, and I couldn't understand it because McKellan mumbled every line.

Bullet Train (2022)
Although I'm not familiar with the source material, I still found the film entertaining, though a bit long.
Brad Pitt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson & Brian Tyree Henry are fantastic in this.

Nope (2022)
A divisive film but one that I enjoyed and hope to unpack further on future viewings.

I own this.
I don't know I let this sit in my cabinet for 10 years and finally got around to watching it.
I let the new 2022 4k in the shrinkwrap and opened this.
A strange choice with Tony Scott directing a Tarantino screenplay but it worked.
A Pro Bowl roster of great or known actors in almost every scene.
I don't think you could make a movie like this with the Gandolfini beating the shit out of Alabama and the scene with Hopper and Walken though it should not be a shock when the Hopper character had a dog named Rommel and he would not be the most enlightened when it comes to racial views .

I bet Brad Pitt probably would have been the lead if they were making the movie now though I don't think he would be half as good or charismatic as Slater.

Tiger Claws (1992) — Entertaining enough kung-fu action flick that certainly doesn't have the best writing and has some stilted dialogue, but Cynthia Rothrock kicks ass as usual and it never bored or wore out its welcome. ***/***** (Blu-ray)

It got mixed reviews but I am a sucker for movies about damaged and broken people so I liked it.

Sony Movie Channel
At leas they were honest and said it was a upconvert from a SD broadcast
Never knew this existed though it seemed like a made for a TV movie but with A-list actors like Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson, and Michael Imperioli.
