It was ok though maybe you have to suspend belief that Jim Parsons would be married to Claire Danes

Maybe the final romantic comedy Meg Ryan did in her career and a young Hugh Jackman

Creed II (2018) — Probably not as good as Creed (or Rocky 1, 2 or Rocky Balboa) but still a great boxing movie with simple but timeless themes to go along with a great performance from Michael B. Jordan and, to a bit lesser extent, Sylvester Stallone. 4.0/5

The Favourite - The Real World: 1700. It was anachronistic in character behavior - brilliantly acted piece of modern historic trash tv.

One of those movies I thought I have seen but forgotten but wanted to revisit or give a second chance because of Sam Elliot.

Boy this sucked and Elliot was barely in it.

Liked the acting. Liked the singing. Too many F-bombs. Too long. Too depressing.

Bohemian Rhapsody - Not a particularly great movie as it's more a cliff notes than anything, but a great technical presentation with very good performances.

Green Book...Wow. what a great movie. knew i would love it from first few minutes. only some do that. so light and breezy and fun and thought provoking. just incredible acting, directing (who would have thunk the guy who gave us Dumb and Dumber could direct with sweetness and deft to make both comedy and drama work in unison), music, certainly. just great all the way around.

I would not be shocked if a lot of teenagers saw this with the R rating and the parents did not care.

I don't really care about ratings but it easily could have been PG-13 if they took some words out.

Had they just stuck with a satirical look at telemarketing in an age constant intrusion I think it would have been better. Once it heads into sci-fi/horror territory it went off the rails.

Murder Rock (1984)

Aside from some solid Cinematography, the film falls incredibly flat.

If you think this doc is just bashing Trump you are wrong and he goes after Obama, the Democrats, and Rick Snyder.

Alita: Battle Angel (2019)

While I had some issues with characters being emotionally flat, the film still felt entertaining.

Fantastic FX work & confidently shot action scenes.

O.G.

Great movie from HBO films and Jeffrey Wright should get a Emmy nomination for this

Warm Bodies (2013)

I've been wanting to try to watch this for years. Missed it in theatres, missed renting it on DVD and then missed it on cable. Found it streaming on Tubi and watched it last night finally because it was leaving the service.

It was actually really good for a Zombie movie. It was a good mix of dark humor and post apocalyptic drama. And Teresa Palmer is a favorite of mine and she was good in this.

I'm more attracted to brunettes than blondes but Jesus I love Theresa Palmer. This was a fun dark comedy. I'll have to revisit sometime.

Never knew this existed and it came out in 2003. Sucks Starz had it in 4:3 and maybe there was no HD release.

Not as bad as the reviews claim though

It was on Starz and a short movie less than 1 hr and 20 minutes but entertaining though the bad guy is a douche.
