Fantastic Four Saw it again on HBO. Thought it had some nice ideas if poor execution.

Cooties (2014)

I loved Leigh Whannell in this.

Money Monster (2016)

Hostage/Conspiracy thriller with George Clooney and Julia Roberts. TV movie script helped by good performances by Roberts and Clooney. Ending was a little rushed and anti-climatic.

If you're a fan of Clooney or Roberts, it's a worthy matinee visit.

Secret in Their Eyes - 2015. It wasn't awful. But it was just totally unnecessary, vastly inferior to the original, and changed some key plot elements that reeked of Hollywood.

^^^^

My condolences that you actually watched it. I like the original too much to even think about watching this.

The Inbetweeners 2 (2014) on Netflix. I really enjoyed the series (no, not the MTV version), and the first film was decent, but this sequel is just a lazy, unnecessary excuse to get the four back together again.

Just saw Mother's Day in the theater, free movie cash from a couple $8 BDs. It was predictably bland, if not completely awful at least.

Re: Last Movie You Watched Thread

It is the 90201 Jason Priestly who directed.

It was ok but I would not go out of my way to see it and if you know people that are sick or have cancer you probably would not want to see it and get more depressed though it is a comedy.

The Stanford Prison Experiment

This would make a good doubleheader with Experimenter

Billy Crudup is a great actor who goes unnoticed. He always does great work.

On Blu. Liked it the second time however like most comedies loses some punch when you've heard the jokes but you see and hear new stuff you missed the first time

Already saw the 2D, saw it in 3D IMAX this week. Don't normally care for 3D but though this was good.

Had a few laughs. Wahlberg and Farrell work well together however I thought Other Guys was a funnier movie.
