I'll probably rent at some point but it looks like 2 1/2 hours of depressing.

Batman Vs. Superman (2016)

I enjoyed it and that surprised me a bit. Really liked Affleck & Gadot in their roles.

10 Cloverfield Lane (2016)

So tense. I thought I was going to throw up. Loved it.

the antagonists were caricatures and maybe i liked Donald, he showed some emotion. but it was wimpy Bauer for the most part and i don't want to see Jack Bauer in a western. i want to see Kiefer from Young Guns, not this. glad it was just a rental...

Re: Last Movie You Watched Thread

I found this entertaining through repeat viewings however when watching the extras, there was a part where they talked about all the great casting and chemistry, I threw up in my mouth a little bit because everyone but Arnold was a poor choice.

Saw the First Avenger last week so I though I'd see the second one again. One of my favorite of the super hero flicks

Saw Vacation (2015) again on HBO last night. My feelings haven't changed. Funny parts but mean spirited

Once Upon a Time in the West - 5/5

Sergio Leone's epic masterpiece and IMO the greatest western of all time.

I would have to agree. The soundtrack alone is stellar.

Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter - 4/5

A mentally unstable Japanese woman leading a dead end life finds a videotape of the movie "Fargo." Believing the opening credit claims of it being a true story, she leaves everything behind in Tokyo and heads on a quest to Minnesota. Her quest is to find the money that Steve Buscemi's character buried in the snow. Good film about how loneliness and societal expectations can make people lose touch with reality. The underrated Rinko Kikuchi gives a haunting Oscar-worthy performance.

Equilibrium - 2/5

Dystopian sci-action film that could have been decent if it wasn't so obsessed with ripping off The Matrix.
