The new Stormtroopers and the Chrometrooper look great and all. However, can they still not shoot worth shit or did they finally take marksmanship training?

Why? Wookies are known to live to about 400 years of age, and around 200 years is when Wookies are in their prime. Chewie is a few years over 200 years, maybe 220? So he wouldn't necessarily have grey hairs

I'm with Snake in that the ending of the trailer killed all the momentum for me, but seeing all of the chills, tears, and goosebumps it's giving everybody else, I can understand why they did it. Everything else looked pretty good though. I just wish one of these trailers would give us a sense of what the movie is about.

Interesting, I had to go back to find this. The spoiler of the quote had it a bit wrong, but still had the essence.

Why? You know it's a Star Wars movie, how would giving us specific plot points do anything but spoil it?

No doubt. Plus, there's spoilers galore out there, and if the few hints in the trailer are any indication, they're probably pretty close to being spot on.

There's no need to spoil the plot in the trailer for people who don't want to be spoiled.

It'd be nice to know if this movie was about say... a sith resurgence rather than say... trade negotiations.

From February:

Spoiler:
There was also a rumor that Kylo made the cross guard saber himself, which is why the blade looks a tad unstable in the trailer: he didn't know how to put one together properly.
Confirmed: That is one ghetto looking lightsaber:

Somehow I think J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan had no interest in writing about trade negotiations, if their earlier works are taken into any consideration.

Suppose that new movie will be better than episodes I-III, but worse than IV-VI

Panem's President Snow is behind it all.

Wasn't a fan of the teaser in November, but I LOVED this trailer yesterday as I am now officially hyped for December! I know many will argue that the PT trailers were great, and they could be right, but Lucas isn't involved anymore so you atleast have to give JJ & Kasdan the benefit of the doubt as they atleast know what the fans hated about the PT.

As for more spoilers, the trailer actually satisfied me to the point where I don't want to know anymore abou the movie. I kinda see where its going with the Daisy Ridley and John Boyega characters at the beginning, as they seem to be the main leads of the trilogy.

No trade negotiations. This one is about accounting discrepancies.

The only thing bugging me in the trailer is the helmet worn by Poe. To big on him, it looks like it could turn a complete turn on his head.

Lucas doesn't matter anymore. Since the Disney buyout, they have confirmed that the only things still in canon are the six movies, the two CGI cartoons, and the new series of books and comics.
