Maybe. Maybe not.
Marvel's current release schedule looks like the following:
Iron Man 3: May 3rd, 2013.
Thor: The Dark World: November 8th, 2013.
Captain America: The Winter Solder: April 4th, 2014.
Guardians Of The Galaxy: August 1st, 2014.
Everyone is anticipating Guardians Of The Galaxy will be the film that leads into the events of The Avengers 2 on May 1st, 2015 (depending if Marvel hits that rumored release date). If that's the case, we may not see Ant Man until after that date. Who knows, we may see it sooner as there were also rumblings Marvel wants to produce three films a year rather than two. So who knows how the next few months or year might play out.

I wonder if Wright will be using any CGI for this film.

EDIT: I found a link to a cinemablend article that called it an animated film in the headline google found, but when you click thru to the article, there is a correction that says they prevoiusly listed it as animated and it is not. Pretty sure this is live action and a canon part of the the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I can't believe they are wasting money on this movie. Don't get me wrong, for fans of the character/comic I am happy they will get a big screen adaption but I just don't get why the studio is doing this.
The character is awful with the lamest superpower aside from Aquaman. I have never liked any "shrinking" characters at all, I just find it lame.
YMMV of course but there are many other characters I would rather see than Ant Man. He would be near the bottom for me personally.
I hope to be proven very wrong but the movie will have to be spectacular to overcome the lameness of the character.

I know, I just can’t get over the power. To me I like my superheroes primarily based on their power or coolness and if I would want it. Kinda living vicariously through them. Because I wouldn't want his power, I really don’t care about the character at all. Same thing with Cyclops from the X-Men.

Do Marvel fans really love Ant-Man though? I don't think they do, for the most part. I'm a huge Marvel fan, and I could give a rat's ass about Pym/Ant-Man/Giant-Man/Goliath/Yellowjacket/Wasp. People that want him in Avengers mainly want him because he was part of the original lineup, and he's always been around the Avengers (mainly because nobody cares enough about him to support a solo series).
